Global Minority Labor Solutions, LLC is a growing firm in the nursery-landscaping and agriculture industry dedicated to provide nursery growers and agro-growers with the most and reliable workers in utilizing the H2A & H2B workers to ensure peace of mind and secured workers when needed. What we do different than others is that we provide full service to our clients, we make sure the people come to do their job, they want to work, they come to work every day and make sure the clients get their work done in a more efficient fashion. We screen the candidates to make sure we are bringing the right individuals in the fields, we secured and ensured the workers are free from any criminal involvments from their country of origin, which is very difficult for employers in the U.S. to know. We check references and they are coming mainly from Haiti where this country is still suffering from the urge earthquake that leaves the individuals with no other than choices than working to provide for their loved ones. We cover also accounting, payroll, tax services if needed. We provide subcontract to clients as needed. Furthermore, we make sure that all the immigration paperwork are taking care of on a timely manner to ensure their arrivals does not get delayed for any reason. The most important, we don't want our clients to run after us, we are always available to them to answer to their concerns as much as we can. We support and we are in good standing with the associatins of FL, Texas, and NC to have better understanding of the needs of the growers to better meet their needs. We are actively involved with clients as much as we can. We want them to succeed because their success is also ours.
