The company's owner and founder, Isaac Hayes, set up the business back in 2000 as a natural progression from his family's traditional involvement in agriculture. Isaac's involvement within the landscape industry started as a child and has grown into a sincere desire and passion to be a part of the advancement of horticulture in general. SunCoast Nursery & Tiki Huts started operating on less than 5 acres of land in Homestead, Florida. Today, it owns 130 acres of field-grown palms and trees. In addition to our nursery and landscaping business, we have also been involved in the construction of tiki huts, chickee huts, gazebos, pergolas and palapas for over a decade. We at SunCoast are committed to providing our clients with a product and service whose quality and integrity will be a standard for others to achieve. We build top-quality residential and commercial tiki huts. We use high quality wood for the frame and lush Florida-grown Green Sabal palm fronds for the thatch roof. Even with the extreme Florida weather, our thatch should last 8-10 years. As committed professionals, we hold ourselves to an industry recognized set of standards and ethics.
