We supply every type of Fertilizer Bag including UV Inks and Film as well as Low Slip and High Slip Film/Bags with exceptional sealability!

We have 7 bag machines (both wicketed and non-wicketed), 2 printing presses (one only a year old) and one brand new, holy grail type of versatile pouch machine.

With its side gussets and completely flat bottom, the flat bottom pouch is like a flexible box, so it displays and merchandises your product like no other. 
Closure options on all of our pouches include zipper and velcro (hook and loop).

We are majority owned by Parkdale Mills, Inc. 
Headquartered in Gastonia, NC, Parkdale is the largest spinner of cotton yarns in the world, with numerous manufacturing facilities in the USA and internationally. 

Our company, USC Bag Manufacturing, LLC, was founded in Albuquerque, NM in 2005, as the vertically integrated bag manufacturing arm of US Cotton, the predominant manufacturer of consumer cotton balls, cotton pads and cotton swabs in North America. 
Our mandate was to supply 100% of the branded and private label, tamper evident bags on a JIT basis to US Cotton's 3 plants. 
These bags are printed with the complex line and process graphics of all of the national retail chain stores. 
To accomplish this required the most efficient and accurate printing and converting machinery, and an experienced, dedicated team of skilled professionals. 
It required us to adhere to very strict standards of quality in our pre-press, flexographic printing and bag making operations. 

We have experienced healthy growth over these past years. 
Cotton bags now represent less than half of our business. 
We are very prominent in packaging for food and bakery products, and we now produce more than 160 million packages per year. 

With plants in Belmont, NC and Albuquerque, NM we have extended our product range to include laminated pouches. 

In accordance with our company culture, we installed the best available pouch making machinery, which also has great versatility. 
We are able to make every style and design of pouch, including: 

- Stand up with "K Seal", or "Doypack" seal 
- 3 seal non-gusseted 
- side-gusseted with 'pinch or 'quad' seal
