A Nursery / Supplier Account is designed for wholesale nurseries, growers, and suppliers who want to list inventory on PlantANT and manage how employees interact with the company's account. With a Nursery Account, your company can manage plant listings, availability, billing, RFQs, and employee permissions—all from one main account.

What's included

Each Nursery / Supplier Account includes:

  • 1 primary nursery account user
  • 1 additional user
  • Centralized billing and account management
  • User access controls for company features
  • Access to PlantANT's vendor tools for listings, RFQs, and plant searches

That means every Nursery Account includes 2 total users to start.

Manage employee access by company function

Control whether each employee has access to specific parts of the company account. This gives you flexibility to assign access based on job role.

User pricing: when a user is paid vs. free

Free users

A user is free if they do not have Plant Searching access and only have access to:

  • Projects
  • RFQs
  • Company Billing
  • Managing Listings / Inventory

This allows your company to add employees for operational tasks without paying for full search access if they don't need it.

Base Nursery / Supplier Account

$10/mo
Includes 2 users: the primary nursery account and 1 additional professional user.

Additional user pricing

A user is only billable if they have access to Plant Searching.

Users with Plant Search Per User / Month
1 to 3 users $5.00
4 to 10 users $4.25
11 to 30 users $3.75

Only users with Plant Searching access count as paid users for billing purposes. Users without Plant Searching access are free.

Example 3 — 4 users total, but only 2 have Plant Searching access
If the extra 2 users only have access to Projects, RFQs, Billing, or Listings/Inventory and do not have Plant Searching access, they are free and do not increase the monthly cost.
